Little Johnny got a jar. Then he caught a bee and put it in the jar. Then he shook the jar. "Dare ya to open it."
Little Johnny got older. (I did not say grew up.) He moved to Arizona and bought a house. At the appropriate time he fashioned to sell the house.
He got a realtor, who got a buyer and the wheels were in motion.
Now, the contract Johnny signed was a standard contract allowing the buyer to get whatever home inspections the buyer wanted. The contract also said..."Seller shall make the premises available...Seller shall at Seller's expense have all utilities on...at the time of the inspections." (Lines 254-257 of the contract.)
But...Johnny has decided to turn off the A/C, or, the water heater, or,...And, of course this is Arizona, and, it is summer. With the water heater off you can't tell if the hot and cold are on the right side. And, the inside temperature of the house may be upwards of 95 degrees. (I have seen it higher.)
Different jar. Different bee. Same old Johnny. "Dare ya to open it."
There's probably a moral to this story.
Oh, one last thing, Johnny has left the radio on...Kay...Why...Ohh...Tee...Smooth Jazzzz...Ahh...Ahh...Arghhhh!
