Nel Broce, Senior Inspector at Desert State Home Inspections, is an AZ licensed home inspector. He and his wife, Diane, have lived in Cave Creek since '93.  A graduate of American Home Inspectors Training Institute, he's been inspecting valley homes since '94. Nel is a Senior Inspector at Desert State Home Inspections. His Arizona Certification number is 38548. A graduate of American Home Inspector's Institute, he's been inspecting valley homes since 1994. He's been a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors since 1995 (certicate 109712). He has perfomed over 7,000 inspections on single and multi-family residences, apartment buildings and condos, horse properties and manufactured homes.

Desert State is locally owned and operated. The office staff has a combined twenty years of experience in scheduling inspections and helping people understand the scope of the report, which is completed and delivered on site. Inspections are scheduled Monday through Saturday to give our clients the opportunity to be at the inspection. Construction practices in Arizona may be quite different from other parts of the country, so the inspection is also an education.
