Are you Home Depot challenged?

Do you know which end of the screwdriver to use?

Is your first indication that something at your home is not working right is when it breaks?

Are there any deferred maintenance items just around the corner?

Answer any one question "Yes" and you are a candidate for a home inspection done to the State of Arizona standards as established by the Board of Technical Registration. You can find those standards at www.btr.state.az.us

If you get an inspection, hopefully you will find nothing. But, if there is something discovered, you may be trading a major repair later for a minor repair now.
